How Can stomach Pain Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

I have recently started having pain in my stomach and back. I feel nauseous after I eat, having heartburn, having pain in my stomach, and it also hurts on the left side of my lower back. I have been getting headaches and having dizziness. Any ideas of what this could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These symptoms are quite suggestive of gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. For the first instance, we recommend using a 2-week course of anti-ulcer drugs like lansoprazole once a day, along with some antacids like Gaviscon three times. Hope this would settle, or then you should see your doctor for proper work up.

I would also advise avoiding spicy food, too much coffee, and alcohol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
